We welcome feedback and encourage students to raise concerns as early as possible. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open communication with your tutor or our administration team.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may access our formal complaints process. If your concern remains unresolved, you may contact NZQA, which monitors compliance with the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021.
